About the flashdrives

The flashdrives have presentations and information from the COAHPERD 2007 Convention. Each drive is $25.00.

How to purchase

Step 1: Download the Flashdrive order form
Step 2: Fill out the form.
Step 3: Print two copies.
Step 4: Write check for full amount, made out to COAHPERD.
Step 5: Mail the check and one copy of the form to:
