Cohort 2:

Applications for participation in the Colorado Content Collaboratives in Physical Education, and Comprehensive Health can be accessed at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ColoradoContentCollaboratives

Application Deadline: March 30, 2012. Applicants will be notified of selection outcomes by April 18, 2012.

The meetings of the Colorado Content Collaboratives in Physical Education; and Comprehensive Health are scheduled as follows:

·         Monday and Tuesday, July 23-24, 2012 – Pueblo

·         Wednesday and Thursday, September 19-20, 2012 – Durango

·         Wednesday and Thursday, October 24-25, 2012 – Aurora

·         Wednesday and Thursday, November 14, 2012 – Limon
