Membership information

All COAHPERD memberships expire on the anniversary date of their renewal or, for first year members, when they join. For example, if a person sends in their membership form in January, their membership will expire the following January.

Membership dues are $60 for a Regular membership, $20 for a Retired membership, and $10 for a Student membership. Click here to pay your dues with a credit card.

Please complete the online membership form if you are mailing in your check. Make sure you make a copy of the form for yourself. If you are mailing a check for payment to Patricia Morrison Hughes, make a copy to send to her as well.

Complete the online form and click the "Submit" button at the bottom. Your information will go directly to Patricia Morrison Hughes. Patricia will add you to the membership database.
