Unpacking the Colorado PE Standards Workshop
The “Unpacking the Colorado Physical Education Content Standards” workshop provides the link between the articulation and understanding of Colorado Physical Education Content Standards and their practical application in the form of lesson plans and classroom activities. This workshop will provide you with the necessary knowledge and tools that will allow you to return to your school/district and begin the implementation of standards based instruction. In this session, we'll explore practical ways to "unpack" the content standards in order to focus teaching around important ideas contained in the standards. A variety of practical strategies and tools will be examined.

The mission of this workshop is to provide educators the necessary tools so that they can improve academic achievement through research-based instruction aligned to the Colorado State Physical Education standards.
