As you may or may not know, Vail Resorts is proud to offer the School of Shred program to all fifth and sixth graders in Colorado. The School of Shred program provides 4 FREE days of skiing or riding at each of the state's top-ranked resorts (Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin) for all Colorado fifth and sixth grade students who register by November 7th, 2010. New this year, it also includes one beginner complimentary ski lesson, including rental equipment, for School of Shred pass holders (Arapahoe Basin excluded).

In order to promote the program this year, and to introduce more students to skiing and snowboarding, we are offering a unique promotion: the elementary school that registers the most fifth graders into the program will win the chance to have Lindsey Vonn attend a pep rally or assembly at the school. We are looking for permission from the schools to promote and host this event.

We will need sign-off before September 1 if your school wishes to participate because we will begin promoting on September 2. Please contact me directly with any questions or concerns. Get more info here
